Mileage Rate Update
The mileage reimbursement rate has been updated to 54 cents/mile, effective January 1, 2016.
Updates to CJA Hourly Rates and Maximum Compensation Amounts
CJA hourly rates and maximum compensation amounts have been updated for 2016. Please see our CJA Hourly Rates and Mileage and CJA Case Compensation Limits for details.
Court Holiday Closing
The Clerk's Office and all courtroom operations will be closed on Thursday, December 24, 2015 and Friday, December 25, 2015. As always, electronic access for researching, filing and/or retrieving case records will still be available though the Court's CM/ECF website portal and the PACER system.
Notice: Attorney Admission Fees to Increase Effective February 1, 2016
On February 1, 2016, the cost of general admission to the bar of this Court and pro hac vice fees will increase. General admission shall increase to $226.00 and pro hac vice fees to $150.00. A $50.00 portion of the general admission fee shall be deposited in the Court Improvement Fund and the entirety of the pro hac vice fee ($150.00) shall likewise be deposited into the Court Improvement Fund.
