Getting CM/ECF Help

Requesting assistance for PACER, and CM/ECF issues is governed by Local Rule Appendix A Section 12.4.1 which states:

12.4 General Provisions Regarding Failed Electronic Filings
12.4.1 ECF Help Desk
"The point of contact for an E-Filer who is experiencing technical difficulty shall be the court’s “ECF Help Desk” at as posted on the District Court’s Web site, in the training materials, and in virtually all publications related to electronic filing in this District Court. The court’s “ECF Help Desk” is open during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM, except on Federal Holidays)."

Users calling the Clerks office for support will be directed to the above stated email address, per the local rules.
