The District Court has approved establishing Local Civil Rule 15.1 – Motions to Amend or Supplement Pleadings; Local Rule 83.4 (e) - Appearance in Civil Cases; Local Criminal Rule 57.2 – Withdrawal from Representation and Substitution of Counsel; and Local Criminal Rule 83.8 – Transfer and Assignment of Cases When Defendant has a Pending Supervised Release Violation. The modifications to these Rules are available for review on the Court’s Web site at www.tnwd.uscourts.gov and will be posted until December 13, 2023 for public comment.
