Criminal Debt Payments

Effective January 3, 2022, the Western District of Tennessee will no longer accept credit card payments in person or via fax for criminal debt payments (special assessment, restitution, or fine). The Western District of Tennessee now accepts criminal debt payments online using a business or personal checking or savings account. Money orders and cashier's checks can be mailed or remitted in person. Cash can be remitted in person. Personal checks are not accepted for criminal debt payments.

How do I get started?

In order to use the Pay.gov system to pay criminal debt, you will need the following:

  • Access to the internet via a computer, tablet, or mobile device
  • A valid personal or business checking/savings account
  • Your CCAM number
